About Mape: two builders from the Netherlands
Pepijn van Unen and Mats de Winter. We take four partners a year and act as the technical partner on the board, not a vendor.
Who you are dealing with
Two people. Both of us build.
Mape has been going since 2022. We spent the early years building websites and social channels, which taught us mostly what we did not want to do. What we do now is production software for organisations where it has to be right.
Built automation systems at SAP in Barcelona, turning manual workflows that took days into processes that run almost instantly. Point him at whatever is jamming your operation and he designs the system around it.

Industrial Engineering background with a Masters in Global Supply Chain Management. He works out how an operation fits together, where it is falling behind, and which bottlenecks you have been missing. Then he sets the order the fixes happen in.

Six principles, and we do turn work away.
We build it ourselves
No subcontracting, no offshore team you meet after signing. The people in the meeting are the people writing the code.
Few partners, long relationships
Four a year, which is the only way the weekly rhythm and the operating commitment stay physically possible.
Honest over optimistic
If something will not work, is not worth building, or can be bought for a tenth of the price, we say so before the invoice rather than after.
Your IP, always
Source and intellectual property are yours from day one, in your repository. No hostage situations, no licensing surprise at renewal.
Compliance from the start
Regulated sectors are most of our work. Building for an audit from the first commit is cheaper than retrofitting for one.
We stay
We run what we build. An engagement that ends at handover is a project, and projects are not what we do.
