Mape Media VOF ("Mape", "we", "us") is a software company registered in the Netherlands. We build and operate production systems for a small number of partner organisations.

- Cloud infrastructure: database hosting, serverless computing, and web hosting

- Marketing & outreach: lead sourcing and email campaign tools

- Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or EU adequacy decisions).

- Prospect / contact data: maximum 90 days after last contact, unless a client relationship is established
- Client project data: duration of contract + 1 year
- Financial records: 7 years (Dutch fiscal requirement)
- Website analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
