The Problem

Pedro runs Peds AutoCare, a professional car detailing business in the Netherlands specializing in ceramic coatings, interior restoration, and paint correction. His work is meticulous, and he wanted his online presence to reflect that same standard.

The challenge was not just producing content. It was producing content that matched his brand voice: knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Pedro had tried writing blog posts himself, but between running the business, handling bookings, and doing the actual detailing work, he could never maintain a consistent schedule. Two posts one month, then nothing for three months.

His goal: "Help me show up on Google for the searches my ideal customers are making, without it becoming another job I have to manage."

What We Built

A tailored content automation system that handles everything from topic discovery to performance tracking, all controlled from a Google Sheet.

Tailored Topic Discovery

We configured the topic pipeline specifically for Pedro's business, placing extra emphasis on Google's "People Also Ask" questions (real queries from potential customers), competitor content gaps in his local market, and YouTube trends from the car detailing community. Every scraped topic passes through an AI filter that evaluates relevance to Pedro's specific services and assigns Dutch categories.

Content That Does Not Sound Like AI

Pedro was initially skeptical. His concern: "I don't want my blog to sound like every other AI blog out there."

We addressed this with rich business context injection, every article includes Pedro's service descriptions, product brands, location details, and tone preferences. We built a blocklist of AI-sounding phrases and structures. The content reads naturally, with practical advice and specific examples relevant to auto detailing.

Pedro reviews every draft via clickable preview links before anything goes live. Nothing publishes without his sign-off.

Effortless Publishing

Pedro's weekly routine: glance at new topic suggestions on Monday (5 minutes), review and approve drafted blogs on Wednesday (10-15 minutes). Done. The system handles scheduling and WordPress publishing automatically.

Data-Driven Feedback Loop

Google Search Console integration shows Pedro exactly how each blog performs: impressions, clicks, rankings. This closes the loop, he is not publishing blindly. He can see what works and lean into those topics.

The Result

Pedro went from sporadic, unpredictable blogging to a rock-solid cadence of 8 posts per month. Blog posts began generating search impressions within weeks, with several reaching top-5 positions for local Dutch search queries related to car detailing services.

Pedro now spends under 20 minutes per week on content. Customers started referencing blog posts during consultations, and service-specific search queries began driving qualified traffic directly to his booking pages.

"Honestly, I didn't think AI could write about detailing in a way that sounded real. But when I read the first drafts, they knew the terminology, they knew the process, it wasn't just fluff. And the fact that I just tick a few boxes in a spreadsheet and blogs appear on my website? That's exactly what I needed."
